Canadian Robotics Council – 4th Annual Symposium
October 9, 2025 | Isabel Bader Centre, Kingston, Ontario
In partnership with Ingenuity Labs Research Institute at Queen’s University
We’re thrilled to announce that the Canadian Robotics Council’s 4th Annual Symposium will take place on October 9, 2025, at the stunning Isabel Bader Centre in Kingston, Ontario.
We’re working on an exciting program including plenty of pre- and post-symposium networking opportunities, so mark your calendars! You won’t want to miss out.
Hosted in partnership with Ingenuity Research Institute at Queen’s University, this year’s symposium brings Canada’s robotics and AI community together in a city known for its vibrant academic scene, picturesque waterfront, and strategic location—just a short trip from Ottawa and the major robotics hubs of the Waterloo–Toronto–Montréal–Laval corridor.
Last year’s symposium helped catalyze national conversation and set the foundation for our 2024 report on resilience and competitiveness in Canada’s robotics ecosystem. This year, we’re building on that momentum—with even more focus. In the face of shifting global trade dynamics, it’s more important than ever that we come together to define a shared path for robotics innovation in Canada and beyond our borders.
